Poggio Paradiso Resort & Spa

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Zum Frühstück gab es eine Karte und ein kleines Buffet, es war hervorragend. Das Essen im Restaurant war ebenfalls ausgezeichnet. Die Zimmer waren groß und sehr sauber. In der Gartenanlage fühlte man Toskana pur. Die Aussicht war herrlich. Die Lage ist mit dem Auto sehr zentral.

Es gibt nichts negatives zu erwähnen.

Luigi, Marco and the rest of the team provided amazing service from the moment we arrived until we left. They thought of every detail. Marco even got up very early to see us off, with freshly made espresso and pastries. The food and wine were superb! The rooms and especially the bed were very comfortable. The grounds are gorgeous, despite some ongoing delayed landscape project. Luigi made sure everything was to our satisfaction and kept apologizing for the ongoing landscape project which did not hamper our stay. We enjoyed several meals in the amazing restaurant, L' Olivo. Marco and the restaurant staff were very accommodating to prepare meals before kids bedtimes. My wife of 40+ years were there to celebrate 40 years of marriage and we were fortunate to be accompanied by our son's and daughter's families. Liugi, Marco and staff, GRAZIE MILLE PER TUTTO! It’s obvious the staff is proud of what they they do and make sure their guests are comfortable and happy. If you have an opportunity to stay here. You’ll thank me.

四星级酒店，五星级服务。房间宽敞，设施很新，前台服务很好，早餐非常好吃，离景点都很近，性价比极高。

The place is stunning! View is amazing. The room is beautiful, super clean (they clean every day), smells very good and it is a big suite. The hotel is small and cute, the staff are exceptionally nice and would love to assist with what ever you ask for. Food is very good! And the resort is is centrally located and easy to reach from all towns and excursions in the area. We will definitely book again for next trip!!! ♥️

The staff! Especially Luigi who was the Manager of the property really took care of us and made sure we had the best time in Tuscany! All of his recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to try were very authentic and worth the trip. The property was also very clean and the room is also spacious with very comfortable beds.

The 7 days we were there the property (front garden and pool) was under construction which meant we did not get to sit or enjoy outside at all. Also lunch and dinner menu is the same and also very simple which meant eating more than twice was a bit challenging.

Resort vicino ai luoghi d'interesse, staff gentile , le ragazze della spa Tania e Cecilia super bravissime... ristorante buono , elegante , camera spaziosissima , letto comodissimo , prodotti di bolgheri buonissimi.

La colazione per un resort del genere e per il prezzo pagato , me la sarei aspettato molto piu ricca... peccato che stavano facendo dei lavori per migliorare la struttura e c'era l' affaccio sul cantiere. Sono stati sicuramente onesti ad avvisarci ma il prezzo è risultato molto alto.
