Poggio Paradiso Resort & Spa

This is a lovely inn/hotel, well located to visit a number of beautiful towns, including Pienza and Cortona. The place is beautifully, subtly decorated and has a warm, welcoming vibe. Cool design, new, very clean, and well maintained. Nice bathroom products. Stand outs were: the staff! All the staff were terrific, from Paolo who greeted us, to the other front desk staff, to the restaurant staff, morning and night, the chef, and the spa staff Cecilia and Tania. Housekeeping did a great job. (The gentleman with glasses who advised on wine -- a treasure!) The restaurant was exceptional, and a prime reason we'd gladly return to stay. Dinner was casually elegant with the most wonderful food. Breakfast was also delicious. Great massages at the spa. Would recommend the couples massage experience. We enjoyed the small size of the hotel, too. We stayed in winter but I'd love to stay in warm weather when you can use the pool and outdoor sitting areas.

The cryothermal circuit in the spa was a little simple, and 2 of the spaces slightly cramped for a couple. There's probably not room but it would be great to have a cold plunge pool and/or a whirlpool. Overall, it's a pretty facility and the massages were A+++

We enjoyed every moment in this amazing place. The staff were so warm and attentive, giving us a truly personal experience. The food was delicious, the location perfect, and the atmosphere so pleasant. We highly recommend it!
