Peace and quiet on The Limes

Had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. Edited to add: we left something behind, and the owner very kindly helped us out by agreeing to drop it off at a relative's for us. This item had a lot of sentimental value and her help was very much appreciated.

The shower is very slippery and could benefit from a non slip mat. The only other complaint I have is that the carpet could do with a clean.

spotlessly clean . good amenities it is indeed quiet and peaceful pleasant helpful; host we wanted for nothing .

Shower was a bit cramped.

Lovely host. Perfect location.

Quite a big room; comfortable bed and modern, hot shower. TV and wireless worked. I had my own key to get out and in as I needed. Heating quite OK.

Breakfast was a little basic - just a choice of two cereals. There was a toaster but no bread that I could see. Apparently the booking was without breakfast, but this B&B came up on a Booking.com search where I had ticked the filter 'Breakfast Included' so this may be a booking site issue. On arrival there was no indication that this was any kind of guest house, and initially no-one answered the door - I had to ring the mobile. It turns out that the information on Booking.com for a 14.00 earliest check is incorrect; the owner thinks it is 16.00.

Hosts very welcoming and accommodating. We would book again when visiting family in the area.

Loved the unit. Well equipped, perfect for what I needed.
