Clean, comfortable, straightforward.

couldn't get any hot water out of the taps. shower was fine. was only staying for one night so not a problem but would have chased up with owner if it had been for longer

Peace and Quiet is a good name: in a quiet modern residential road, the room is in a separate unit from the main house (you have your own front door), consisting of quite a large room with its own little kitchen area, seating/TV/dining area, and big bed, and a well-appointed ensuite bathroom with shower. Perfect for a single visitor or a couple, with the further possibility of a put-up single bed for a third person sharing.
