Location is awesome. Extremely convenient to Uptown Mall. Property staff were quite polite.

Curtains didn't fully cover the windows, so the bedroom was too bright to sleep. Noise from the traffic was also quite loud, even after closing all the windows. I asked for breakfast to be delivered between 6.30am to 7am for the duration of my stay. Breakfast for the first day arrived at 7.20am; I didn't receive any breakfast for the rest of my stay.

The location is very good, safe and well secured. We were also accommodated with an early check-in and late check out. Very good service, breakfast and friendly staff. My family enjoyed the stay and will definitely coming back.

احدى الحمامات في الجناح كان عطلان وخارج عن الخدمه وتم اصلاحه مؤقتاً ، مكيف غرفة النوم عطلان وتم محاولة اصلاحه لكن لم يتوفقوا في ذلك وتم جلب مروحه بديله عن المكيف لان اصلاحه يستغرق وقت طويل ويحتاج لقطع غيار ، كذلك لم يتم نقلي لغرفه ثانيه لعدم وجود جناح شاغر

I booked for 16 days but stayed in the unit for a total of 8 days. The unit is a decent size for a (1) BD. I loved that it has a washer/dryer in the unit. The bed looked comfortable but was not able to use it because I slept on the couch the whole time. Carlo and the rest of his team always checked if I needed anything in the unit. Although, I did not have time to try different restaurants but Din Tai Fung is always a favorite and was able to try Mamou. We also went to (I believe it's The Peak?) the rooftop bar at Grand Hyatt. All these are walkable from the Uptown Park Suites and highly recommended.

Crew was very fast to respons, and very helpfull. Kitchen could need a little update as light was not strong enough. And I would also like if there was a stronger light on the toilet/ restroom. Overall very good experience.
