The wee house must be left clean and tidy after pets have stayed or an extra cleaning charge of 25.00 will be charged. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.

"Pleasant stay for work."

The property is pleasant and in a very quiet location.

The breakfast table is connected to the wall with some very small brackets and is not suitable.

"The wee house at the cottage"

It was really clean . In a nice quiet location. The owner ( she didn't say what her name was ! ) left us a jug of milk in the fridge. A nice gesture.

I didn't find the owner that friendly when we got there . It wasn't as dog friendly as we were led to believe I.e dogs weren't allowed on the furniture/bed and as such were meant to sleep on the floor .The garden was pitch black at night so when I took the dogs out through the night I had to use the torch on my phone . No instructions on how to use the induction hob .

This is our second visit to the wee cottage. We love it. The cottage is very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The lovely garden is safe and secure for your dog to enjoy. A nice touch from the friendly owner is a jug of fresh milk in the fridge. We will return

"Great stop over location; comfy and quiet."

Close to the A74 (M) so great stop over en-route to Central/Northern Scotland or vis versa. Clean and comfy cottage with all mod-cons and well stocked kitchen. Dog friendly with great garden and a site with peace and quiet. Very happy customers.

Only 1 negative and it’s a tiny one is that the Wi-Fi wasn’t good and with no phone signal. But that was a tiny negative.
