Check in process easy. Nice staff. Good location. Clean Spacious rooms

Rooms very hot but it was a hot day. A fan would have been nice.

easy to find , off street parking and close to bus stops and Elizabeth line station. Spacious room.

No wall coat hooks in room or mirror. No chest of drawers or desk. no hair dryer. shower was cold but there was hot water at basin?

The sheets appeared clean, that was about the only thing I could comment on positively.

The owner or host contacted us asking what time we'd arrive, they confirmed this time was ok and when we arrived there was no one home or any reply to our messages. They didn't reply for 2 hours. The fridge had expired food from a month ago in it and wasn't clean. The kitchen wasn't clean. The bench was grubby as if it hadn't been wiped down. The stove top had oil on it as if it hadn't been wiped post cooking. The bathroom had mold growing on the vanity and toothpaste in the sink. This accommodation was not good and the host was unresponsive, we left after the first night.

Never having been to London before, I found it super easy to get to my location via public transport and the pictures shown online were a true representation which was great. The host was very friendly and accommodating and made check-in seamless as well as was available via mobile, which was great. The room was quite big and I had tons of space. I would stay there in a heartbeat again.

Nothing much. For a home stay everything was really good.
