DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! This property is a total scam, on the day of arrival to the accommodation 2 hours before check in we were informed from the owner to cancel our booking as they had made a mistake we then had no were to stay the night before our flight back to Australia. As we were distracted in trying to find accommodation last minute we did not cancel the booking in time of the check in period, so now we are unable to cancel the booking from our end. I have messaged the host numerous times of our refund and they have neglected to reply.

Impossible to say as he cancelled last minute, leaving me nowhere to stay.

He cancelled my booking at 3am on the day of arrival. By the time he messaged I had already boarded a long haul from Peru - this meant I did not find out he had cancelled until I was about to leave Heathrow airport. Could a staff member not have let me in?

"Just what we needed"

Super affordable, nice and clean and perfect just for a bed for the night.

My only feedback is just need more pillows or bigger pillows but that’s a preference.

"Approachable owner. Laidback multicultural neighbourhood. Perfectly situated for visit to city."

Owner was very understanding when we arrived 2 hours later than expected. Was quick and honest in reply to my queries. Comfortable and clean bedding and bedroom. Curtains did a good job in blocking light from street lamps.

Lack of cleaning agents for bathroom. No towels or hot water on day of arrival. Hot water boiler was regularly out of order. Unable to provide us with extra pillows or a saucepan. No chairs in the bedroom.

"I've booked a repeat stay - loved it"

I've already booked a repeat stay for later in the month and looks like I've found my new base for my London business trips. Courteous and accommodating host. Felt safe and welcome. Bedroom was huge. Comfy bed. Good access to Elizabeth line to get to Central London. Plenty of shops on the High Street and got my Greggs breakfast on the way to the station for work. Thanks for having me!

No iron but I'll live! Going to bring a little handheld steamer for next visit or bring non creasing clothes.
