The location! The staff was very prompt in sending buggys for the kids and senior cititzens.

Service at the restaurant was slow. Rooms in the villa are small.

Food was terrible on property. We left the property one day earlier than our paid duration, forfeiting it. Because there was no other place close by to eat. There was nothing to do on the property as well. The villa rooms were tiny with hardly any space to move between bed and door. My door wouldn't even lock. My friends and I took up a villa with 3 bedrooms, there was no living area, where we could sit and talk. The outdoor area did have a place to sit but was filled with mosquitoes.

Calm and quiet place! Great getaway, better than hotel. Excellent food & chef! Staff very courteous especially Prarthana, Jhooma, Radha!

Bed was heavily murmuring (Room 2). Too many stray dogs inside the property. Late evening Security ignorant of who checked in earlier during the day. Pricing on a higher side.

Location, staff escp manjunath in the front went out of the way
