Really spacious and good location, great service, breakfast was good - highly recommend!

If you stay longer, good to have sheet change, Bootle of water on a table and more cleaning.

The location is very central and yet quiet. The customer service was excellent. And the apartment was clean and modern.

This hotel is in a PERFECT location. It's a nice short stroll from everything in Cusco, but far enough out of the hustle and bustle that it is really quiet. The rooms were huge, and the beds were so comfortable. Breakfast inclusion was really lovely too, especially when they had the wood fire going at breakfast - it made it feel so homely and welcoming. The staff are incredibly helpful and so friendly. I can't sing the praise of the staff enough. They were great. They let us store luggage whilst we went off to Machu Picchu and helped with everything from recommendations to late check ins. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone wanting to trip to Cusco.

The rooms are a little cold, but so is Cusco - the hotel did provide a heater and also a wood fire over breakfast in the mornings.

Location and it was a lovely spacious apartment. They held our bags for 2 nights when we went to Machu Picchu.

The doona on the bed was very heavy, though they did have 2 blankets in the cupboard. They have a small column heater in the bedroom but could do with another for the living area, especially for winter I imagine it would be very cold with wooden floors. The day we checked out we found out after waiting an hour for an uber to take us to the airport that the Taxis and Ubers were all on strike that day. The hotels all knew a week before it was happening and I feel they should’ve told us about it. Very disappointed.

Great space, had 3 nights all really good

Nice apartment clean and well equipped for our needs. Very friendly staff and breakfast included every morning. Quiet street uphill but close to everything.

It was cold in the breakfast room as in we had to wear coats. Lots of stairs if you are on any but the first floor.
