Great location. The staff are brilliant and the apartment was spacious and stunning views.

Walking distance to most attractions. Breakfast provided. Much needed heater provided in July night where temperature can drop below 0C. Super spacious. Comfortable bed and coach. Cooking utensils provided. Coco leaves provided. YouTube available. A lot of wardrobe space. A lot of kitchen and dining space. Most areas are spotlessly clean. Safe and quiet area of Cusco, can barely hear the chaos in plaza de armas. Sound proof is good, could not hear neighbours. Friendly receptionist and kitchen staff for breakfast, always happy to help with queries.

Shampoo and shower gel not provided in rooms but was given upon request. Even with heater, rooms could get cold at night in July. A bit more attention needed when cleaning toilet seats for new guests. Not all rooms have sockets next to bed. Breakfast area a bit cold in July mornings.

The apart hotel was wonderful! Clean, comfortable and at a great location! It's also very spacious - the staff is so warm and helpful, and breakfast is sumptuous and amazing!

Staff were so nice and accommodating especially during a time in need when my daughter got very sick. Anything i asked, they helped me with giving us muna for tea from their garden for stomach aches and other accommodations that made my stay even better. And helped extend my stay. I would recommend this place because it has very comfortable beds and huge rooms with a kitchen and living room for so cheap!

Very spacious apartment with everything you need. May need more heating in winter. They have one small column oil heater. Location is great. Very clean and they let us leave our luggage.

We checked out on a day when taxis and Ubers were on strike. We found out the hotels knew a week in advance but didn’t tell us. Bit disappointing

Perfect position, 10 minutes walk from plaza the arma, out of the noise of the centre. The apartment has a big bed, very comfortable. Very clean. Good breakfast. They checked us in at 5:30 am on our arrival days. Laundry available on site.

The staff was very kind , but there is no reception 24 hours which is indicated. But no one was there also in the time indicated on the door. No possibility to leave luggage all day on the day of check out.
