Bathroom is very modern. Communication with the host was great. Parking is available (additional cost).

Provided Internet access is limited (not suited for remote work). Kitchen equipment well maintained, but very basic. Living room / kitchen area lacks a comfy space to sit together.

Appartamento ben fatto, con salotto e cucina separata dalla camera, moderno e con tutto il necessario, compresi utensili cucina. Riscaldamento con pompe di calore. Parcheggio interno coperto con piccolo supplemento. Un po’ difficile da trovare la prima volta perché il navigatore porta altrove, ma l’Host è stato gentile e ci ha guidati al telefono, testando sempre disponibile alle nostre richieste. Consigliato!

Great apartment, very new and clean, well equipped, safe, spacious, lovely view over Verona. Bathroom and kitchen are nice. Parking available at a charge. Close walking distance to the old town. Quiet at night. The host was very communicative and welcoming. We'll be back when in Verona.

Construction down by the parking lot throughout the two days, so my car got covered in dust and we were awoken by power drills in the morning, but that's certainly not the host's fault, since it seemed to have been an emergency. He offered a discount for the inconvenience, which we gladly accepted. Internet is a bit slow with 6.5 mbps in the living room and even less in the bedroom, so it's fine for E-Mails and light browsing, but streaming video or remote server access for work can be challenging.
