exceptional air-conditioning which makes you forget there is summer outside, clean, facilities, wi-fi, parking, washing and drying machines, nice new beds and matrasses, quiet and good noise isolation,

no transparent curtains, thus, either you loose privacy or you loose view, location was up on a hill, so if you want to go to the city by foot, expect to clime back more than 120 steps,
