Las llaves no se encontraban en la caja de seguridad al llegar al lugar, coincidió que un encargado estaba esperando a otros pasajeros y se puso en contacto con la administración, quienes fueron a dejar las llaves momento después, es muy incómodo llegar a un lugar siguiendo instrucciones y no encontrar las llaves, la sensación de inseguridad y falta de comunicación personal es incómoda.

"It’s a scam, don’t book"

Nothing, didn’t get to see it, it was a scam

I booked and contacted the property to arrange the check in time. They confirmed 19:00, when I was in the entrance they delayed twice the check in until at 20:30 and sent me a WhatsApp message to propose me to stay in a different apartment. The proposed apartment was much worse than the one I had booked, so I told them I preferred to wait until they finished cleaning up. It was cold outside and after 2 hours waiting they cancelled the booking leaving me outside with no accommodation.

Hubo un cambio de la reserva original por otro apartamento de una calidad inferior por un precio similar. Sitio muy ruidoso de noche. Faltaron toallas en el baño. Problemas iniciales con el uso de la tv
