They offer Netflix instead of DSTV.

The entire place looks old and outdated. The pictures are deceiving and so is the name.

I paid but I could not use your facilities because I could not locate your guest house. So, I had to book and pay for another guest house. I DEMAND A REFUND FOR THE FULL AMOUNT.

Paying for services that I never received.

I like the area

I didn’t like the reception they weren’t professional when I checked in

I did not like anything if it was o would want money back cause wow it was a lot and thanks I will never stay or book there again.

Our room was very much dirty, they were hair on the floor like they did even bothered to clean the room, on the ceiling some black thing hanging on top, the shower the water was not hot it was Brookings inside the bathroom shower was broken thing broken our linen were dirty and our blankets smelled urine and the was water all the floor, Aowa mara I regret even booking.

On Saturday they had an event that had loud music playing till 23:00, the shower had no glasses making the place a pool after you take a shower, only one towel was provided at a time when two people were book, the wifi and tv didn't work
