The view outside it’s not that bad but it’s not exactly on the pictures

The room they gave us was not value the money I paid they told us they will chose any bedroom for us because we didn’t came at exactly date we booked they tried to give us back room which they still working on it we refused it and they gave another one which was next to kitchen which we didn’t like it also but we just took it The Wi-Fi was not working we requested bar fridge they gave one which is not working The headboard were so dusty The swimming pool were dirty

We had to checknout same day because there were so many stink bugs in our room which they said they can't control. Worse part we killed 2scorpios, 1 coming out of the bathroom and another next to the side table. It was impossible to tolerate the amount of bugs that were there , worse the stink...on top of the fan there were so many dead ones which spread all over the bed when we switched on the fan. The 2guys working there tried to assist with doom of which 1 said doom does not kill them. They expected us to switch off lights and use the light from the TV which was hilarious thinking of the bugs and scorpions that were there...we complained to the owner on whatsapp and she promised to refund us as we had to find an alternative accommodation of which we did not intend to if the conditions were right. She also claimed her staff offered us an alternative room which is NOT true because they had already told us they are fully booked and if they had better rooms without bugs and scorpions why were we offered the infested room, why was the room not cleaned and fumigated before our arrival - fumigation was only mentioned after our check out and complaint. It is not right to put guest that are paying under those conditions no matter the amount, fumigation and facilitation onf cleanliness is essential -it was really a traumatic experienceand still awaiting refund from the owner ....

Spacious

Cold water in the shower Electricity kept on trapping Rooms were not really clean WiFi was not working properly There’s no microwave,kettle and iron in the room The entrance is not safe

Nothing really

Kettle was listed, however when we got there only to find a flask instead of a kettle, and ohh before o remember the room which was allocated to us had reptiles waking us up in the middle of the night, its full of frogs, frogs everywhere, what a terrible stay. Thank you for providing us with a terrible stay eyy🥲
