The room is spacious and the bed comfortable

There’s noise all night long, people make noise and sing all they want, it’s not for people who seek quietness and relaxation. It’s a no from me. The place has its own people. No mosquitoes repellant

Well gated and feel safe. The room is big and has enough space.

The shower head was broken, water splashing and flooding the property - the floor risk of fall. The property has WiFi but the lady who helped us asked us to call her on her mobile to give us a WiFi password which was not possible as we were travelling from abroad and did not have RSA mobile. It would be helpful if the lodge could consider a line to call reception when we need assistance. We also had to go down to reception in the morning to ask for hot water for tea and it was raining.

Oh what a book i could write hey🙂💔 When we got there we were given a room that was totally different from the pictures the facilities they are talking about are not even there. Theres just a lot that was going on honestly i did not enjoy my stay in anyway If anything i wish i couldve just booked else where

The place was nice outside. When we got there we were welcome by a very terrible smell from the kitchen the lady said it was a rotten milk from the fridge. Very disappointing to find out that the pool was not working closed and very dirty, the place uses gas which was very closer to my room downstairs I smelled it the whole night couldn’t sleep. The bath was dirty, inside our room there was no kettle and iron provided.

I would say I actually had a very bad experience which made me not even like anything about the property, when we sign in the receptionist did not tell us that some of the services we paid for online will not be available, we paid for breakfast there was no breakfast provided when I asked him he rudely responded to me that the lady should have told us that their chef was off. When leaving (checking out) I had to look for the reception guy the whole property, finally I find the cleaning lady and tell her can she find the guy because I want to check out, because I was hungry since breakfast was not provided I requested If can I warm some our leftovers I bought yesterday the lady lead me to the kitchen. When the reception guy find me there warming my food he was very disrespectful saying I can’t just help myself anywhere in someone’s property while I looked for him everywhere. We were treated as peasants. And I would not recommend anyone to that place because of the service I got .
