Safety was okay. The water was nicely hot. Price was good.

It was not clean. There was no electric kettle or tea.

Absolutely nothing!

The check-in process was tedious. We were greeted by a very unfriendly and clearly clueless staff member. The electricity kept tripping throughout the weekend. The basin wasn’t letting the water out, we had to stare at the dirty water until it slowly went out. The gas from the kitchen stunk up the entire place, the fumes were extremely bad. The TV didn’t work. We forgot something there when we checked out, called to let them know we would send someone to fetch it but when the person did, the item was nowhere to be found and no one had an explanation, we received no apology either. The pool was filthy. The stay was so unpleasant. On the day of check-out we had no hot water and had to use cold water to bath. The bed was harder than a rock. Absolutely not worth the money paid.

i booked twin room but they claim booking.com has not updated their request to remove it from their platform which i found strange as booking.com will surely not be falling over their feet with a matter like this. we had co-workers that didnt mind sharing a room but were uncomfortable to share a bed. please get this sorted out @booking.com as its a bad reflection when the facility mentions its happened before and booking.com is to be blamed for it. they did bring a single bed to the cramped room much later and offered this. there was also interrupted power supply during the stay with management even cutting the power once they had deemed people had turned into bed to sleep. really not convenient for when you need to do work or charge devices . there was no water at times and very difficult for ablution . very disspointing stay unfortunately !
