Lovely cosy annex by the sea

We flew down for hospitality at the vitality stadium and to explore nearby areas. The location was perfect. Walking distance from restaurants, shops, the beach and football. When we next come down we will have a car and plenty of space to park. The annexe was so well thought out, immaculate and very private.

Easy to find with off street parking directly in front. Easy access by the side door. Light and airy. Nice and warm Good size bath/shower We cooked a few times in the suitable kitchen Very warm and comfortable bed. Walking distance to many smaller local restaurants and groceries. Close drive to town centre and other attractions. 2 or 3 shopping centres/malls fairly close. So quiet when inside...

Stayed for Christmas the annex was absolutely Beautiful home from home , So clean and a great location !! Rebecca thankyou for the milk in the fridge and chocolates such a lovely gesture, Definitely will return Belinda and Pat Southampton

Could not fault the annex

The place was emasculate and cosy, and the host Rebecca was lovely and very easy to contact.

It was so cosy, like a home away from home. All the little touches such as leaving milk in the fridge was really appreciated. Great location and handy that you are able to park at the property!

Very clean and tidy with all the amenities one would need. Heating had been switched on for our arrival (although to the drastic dip in temperature outdoors it was still a little cold during the first night); but totally fine once warmed up. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate and milk was provided which is always a nice touch when you arrive late in the evening. Free off street parking is handy. WiFi worked well.

Excellant accommodation, very clean and lovely personal touches. We will be staying again.
