"Annexe OK, but nothing to write home about."

It was clean and tidy. Bathroom was well decorated. The kitchen was good and adequate utensils. It's great having a washing machine. The car parking was OK, but I had to contact the owner because initially parked opposite the main house. Contacted owner who was able to advise.

Sofa is uncomfortable. TV reception/signal was abysmal. No clear instructions where to leave rubbish at the end of the stay. Given wrong access code to annexe by booking.com but was emailed at the 11th hour (by owner) with the correct code.

"I did not enjoy it.But if bed and settee were comfortable it would be better"

it all looked lovely and clean. good kitchen and bathroom

For me the bed was so uncomfortable it ruined my stay and I was there for a week. The location was also not good for walking and for buses.

"Comfortable place to unwind"

Location between Boscombe and the beach was ideal. The property is in a quiet street. Exactly what we needed for a short break after a stressful time, with comfy bed, effective heating (not that we needed it much), well equipped, wifi good. Everything very clean and tidy.

No complaints.

"We had a lovely four night break and would come back here again."

Really nice location, walking distance to the beach. The lodge was lovely and clean and easy driving distance to lots of places. Perfect base for a break.

The only negative was bad reception on the TV, the picture kept breaking up. Luckily we were there for the hottest week of the year so didn't spend much time watching TV.
