For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card. Compulsory supplement of USD 75 per person will be added to 24th December special Gala Dinner for ‘Half Board’ and ‘Full Board’ reservations. Reservations on ‘Bread and Breakfast’ plan will be charged USD 90 additionally for both Dinner and Gala Dinner. (Half rates applicable for the children in between 5 – 11 years) Compulsory supplement of USD 85 per person will be added to 31st December special Gala Dinner for ‘Half Board’ and ‘Full Board’ reservations. L'Hotel è molto bello, le stanze molto ampie ben arredate, la nostra con vista oceano, molto piacevole. Personale gentilissimo. Il luogo è molto bello ma isolato e bisogna usufruire del ristorante dell'Hotel che è davvero in netto contrasto con tutto il resto della struttura. Per la nostra esperienza il ristorante è stato da dimenticare! Colazione accettabile, pranzo o cena improponibile! Peccato perché da un Hotel così bello non ci si aspetterebbe una qualità di ristorante così scadente.

Nothing at all only the beach

Very old place not like those days I have been to this place 2015 and 2018 with that experience this time I thought of staying in this place bcz we couldn’t go to Trinco due to bad weather very uncomfortable to stay inside the room full of dust and staff was very lethargic and when I wanted to order room service they said they can’t serve bcz of 31st night and they are having gala dinner I checked in to this place after our Heritance kandalama so we got late to checking on the way me and my husband had very light meal I just wanted to order something for my daughter but they said they can’t and the next day also same thing happened when I wanted to order they said they will accept the order due to dinner buffet they busy they need little time I said ok then can u send me two beers and vegetables spring rolls and egg noodles I ordered this around 06.30pm I got my meal around 8.30pm I made several calls to get this done bcz my daughter was starving. Actually am so disappointed this was very lovely place lovely food they had but not anymore We came to srilanka to have srilankan food experience had a lovely welcome and lovely food at Heritance kandalama but we didn’t get any welcome drink or towel nothing
