Casa Clio in Canton de Fiori

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Clio. We were in the best location, right opposite Piazza Maggiore. Close to restaurants and supermarket, close to historic centre with a great coffee shop next door. The apartment has a small kitchenette with a coffee machine which was handy and washing machine and iron. The host was very pleasant and very helpful especially after a mix up with getting the key. We definitely would recommend to family and friends.

Nothing to do with the apartment but if you are getting there on a weekend the main streets in Bologna all become pedestrian only, so you will have to walk from the station to get there. This would apply to all tourist accommodation in the area.

Great location. Clean and tidy. Very friendly host :) There's a booklet at the room which contains a lot of useful information and recommended restaurant.

Location in heart of city was great and it wasn’t too noisy at all. Comfortable bed. Air conditioning was handy as it was hot. Great cafe just below and close to fabulous restaurants

Parking is challenging. The station (25 euro a day) was at least 15 mins walk and it’s not easy to pull up in front to unload as it’s on a main road. A lot of doors and quite tricky to find. Key to get in was very sensitive! Host was a good communicator however.

Excellent instructions to get keys which was a bit complex. Room extremely quiet, Bath and bedding great. Nice to have washing machine. Great kitchenette. Would have liked some seating option other than table chairs and stools. Even a single chair would have been nice. The listing listed things in a living room which there really isn’t a living room. Just make that a bit clearer.

Location could not be any better. Open the door to the street and your right there in Piazza Maggiore - 100 yards from the Neptune statue This is more like renting an Airbnb than a hotel. I never met anyone on site. But the communication via WhatsApp was fantastic. Very helpful It's a full fledged apartment - washer/dryer combination, kitchen. Extremely quiet so I slept like a rock.

Getting the keys was a bit tricky but all was fine

Mordern style flat in heart of Bologna. You can reach everything very quickly. Train station is about 20-30min by walk, shopping is 3min, monuments 5-10min,reataurants are close as well. Very clean, spacious, and beautiful facility. Staff are friendly and flexible who can help you. Easy to communicate in english/italian.

No complains about property.

The location was great and the communication with the host was easy. The space itself was very nice and clean except the blanket on the bed. The heaters worked very well and the shower was also nice.

The bed was not very comfortable. I could not use the blanket because there were stains (what looked like bodily fluids) and the blanket itself smelled bad (it smelled of other guests body odour...it was not nice) like it was never washed after each visitor left. The coffee machine didn't work properly. The room was not very quiet, I could hear people across the hall even with the doors closed.
