Location apartment needs a refit

Apartment was dirty , tatty, dark, old worn out, broken

Charming apartment in the PERFECT location of Bologna for sight seeing, shopping, eating and drinking. Moka pot was available and kitchen had supplies if I chose to prepare food at the apartment. Linens were lovely, bed and pillows were VERY comfortable. Bathroom was stocked with soaps and shampoo.

Location was amazing, building was stunning & decor was beautiful!

Well positioned in the heart of the all the historic attractions. I loved the vibe, the sofa and bed are comfy and the outdoor space was a nice place to sit and read.

The reviews are quite harsh re: the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is windowless and has a cellar vive but it’s perfectly functional and I had no issue with the shower. It’s quite dark in the lounge area - would have appreciated some stronger lamps, especially as some of the bulbs had gone on the wall lights. But a small niggle. There were small areas that needed a bit of love but overall I would happily stay again.

Palace Under 2 Famous Tower .

We were impressed right from the start with the epic entrance. A definite highlight was the great outside private rest area next to the living room, where we could relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. We were also very pleased with the modern and clean bathroom and the cozy and comfortable bedroom, where we slept wonderfully.

Nothing except the location.

This was the worst place we ever saw. I can’t believe it is even listed on Booking.com. The apartment looked like something out of a horror movie. The entire apartment was damp and we detected a mold odor. The sink was dirty, had hair and was unsuitable for use. The entire apartment was very dimly lit and it was hard to see. A light in the living room kept flickering, adding to the haunting atmosphere. One of the closets had some old chairs piled up. The entire apartment was very dark and dreary. Certainly not what we expected from the description on Booking.com. I think it was mis-advertised and can’t understand how anyone could stay there. There was no way we could stay there even one night and immediately made other arrangements, thereby forfeiting the cost of our entire 5 night booking. We immediately notified the manager of our decision to leave and she was not willing to refund any of our cost. Although there are several ratings of 10 for this property on Booking.com they must all be fake. Make sure you sort the ratings from low to high and read all the ratings of 1. Don’t even consider staying here unless you want nightmares.

Very unique apartment in a great location We really enjoyed the quiet private courtyard in the city center

Just absolutely everything you would want to have an experience in Bologna. The location is perfect. The private courtyard was so nice to have breakfast. And it was just awesome to look at the paintings on the ceilings, in the bedroom and in the living room which has a pull out couch.

There was nothing not to like! Even the quirky kitchen was charming.

Location was amazing and lovely spacious apartment. Courtyard was really cute and great addition to the apartment.

There is no door between the front door and the bed in the living room so every noise coming from the street goes directly in there. There is generally quite a lot of noise from the restaurant in the courtyard at the bedroom and bathroom. That is obviously one of the premises of staying in the middle of the city but you just have to be aware of it. The bed in the bedroom is okay but the sleeping couch in the living room is really bad.
