Piso en el corazón de Bilbao

En realidad está muy bien pero nos comentaron que usuarios anteriores realizaron daños en el piso y hubo algunos inconvenientes, pero nada grave

La posizione è davvero buona per la parte vecchia della città. La zona giorno e le due camere hanno dimensioni discrete e avere sia lavatrice che lavastoviglie è comodo. non erano presenti però i relativi detersivi che in altri appartamenti ci hanno lasciato…

Il bagno era minuscolo, decisamente troppo per un appartamento con due camere. Non è un alloggio fumatori ma c’era comunque odore di fumo. lo stendi panni è fisso fuori, l’abbiamo però trovato pieno di scope e stracci lasciati sopra ad asciugare, per usarlo ho dovuto pulirlo. Non c’è l’aria condizionata, fortunatamente le giornate non erano caldissime ma un paio di ventilatori sarebbe meglio lasciarli a disposizione

Todo bien pero hemos pasado un poco de calor y no había ventiladores y al abrir las ventanas entran mosquitos

L'appartement est parfait. L'environnement du début de la rue n'est pas adapté pour des enfants ou des jeunes femmes (drogue, prostitution), mais le positionnement est très pratique pour accéder à pied en 5 minutes au coeur historique de Bilbao ou au parc de l'Arena.

The owner was super attentive and he replied super fast always. We had feeling that he's always ready to help with any troubles or details to make our experience better. Flat is comfortable and have everything you need. Although we had a bit troubles with app for opening the door, but the owner helped us to solve it very fast with opening locker for keys.

Unfortunately, the area (exactly our street) looks super dangerous. First day we were coming back from the downtown from the "wrong side" crossing all the "conflict points". For sure it's better to go out from the flat and go right to the left (this is where streets ends and in 5 minutes you're already in Casco Viejo). And the second night we had police in our flat because they were looking for someone and asked us to check the terrace.

Nice clean apartment. Well equipped. We had trouble with the digital method of entry but our host was able to sort it.

We arrived at night. The immediate area around the apartment appeared a bit dodgy. However, just a few minutes walk from the apartment( around the corner and down the hill) there is a different atmosphere. It felt much safer during the day.
