Excellent communication, both before and during our stay. Fantastic space for a few days to break up our Camino, the flat is spacious,warm, fully equipped to both cook and do the laundry. Strong WiFi and endless TV viewing options though we were too busy following the recommendations for pintxos bars to stay and watch anything:)

The area might seem a little bit dodgy, but we knew that coming in so it wasn't an issue. The location for us worked well: a few minutes to the river for the old town, a supermarket nearby, the metro/train station within walking distance too.

It is just a short walk away from the city center. There is a supermarket around the corner. Bus stop is steps away from the building. Very clean place, fully equipped. Super comfy beds, especially in the master bedroom.

The system for locking doors. The neighborhood is quite a contrast to the super touristic Casco Viejo that is 200m away.

The service of the host is one of a kind. So friendly, helpful and thoughtful. The appartment is wel equipped & clean and the location near Casco Viejo is superb. An extra bonus for us was the outdoor space, roof terrace where we almost daily topped the day of with some cheese, fuet and good Txakoli wine 👌🏼

The bathroom is a little small, especially when you are almost 2M tall. But that is just a minor thing. I saw that some of the feedback given earlier already taken care of. We didn't mind the.neigborghood being a bit impoverished, the people where friendly to us.
