the kitchen and terrace are glorious. main bed with the tub also a gem. great design and layout. loved the small town vibe of the area and walking to dinner. the villa is also very close to the ferry

need some circulation in the back rooms. we didn’t use that bed but did use the laundry

Modern and bright apartment with an absolutely stunning view of Lake Como, both from the terrace and inside. Spacious, well-equipped kitchen and very comfortable bedrooms. The staff was kind and helpful, assisting us with our luggage. The short uphill walk is totally worth it once you see the view. Highly recommended!

Utterly beautiful view from the beautiful porch. The view of the lake is absolutely stunning. Spacious and beautifully renovated kitchen, with high quality amenities and electrical equipment.

Location of the flat is highly inconvenient - 250 mr of a steep climb to the flat! Adding suitcases/ shopping/ groceries - just added difficulty and inconvenience. Adding to this the feeling of receiving service from a bot. The day we had arrived it was pouring rain and we could hardly see the way. Around 19:30 (half an hour after operating hours) all the communication was done by WhatsApp correspondence only as they said in the office there is no mobile phone in which we can contact. We were going in loops and spent an hour until we found the parking and then the space - which are not in the same place…) There were 3 sets of keys and the overall feeling felt like an escape room game. Around 21:00 we finally reached the flat! All our luggage got soaking wet in the pouring rain, including most of the clothes in it. We had to empty all our wet clothes from our very wet suitcases, and to re-wash them as some were stained. Till now I don’t know who I corresponded with - as no one bothered to introduce themselves by the name.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price We booked this property for 4 nights at a very high price, expecting comfort and cleanliness. Unfortunately, our experience was far from it. On arrival, we were met with dirty, wet towels, a strong damp smell in the bedroom, and damp sheets. The floors were filthy, and the outside seating area was exceptionally dirty, with missing cushions so not everyone in our group could even sit. The terrace had broken floor tiles, which was dangerous — especially with our 2-year-old. We raised these issues immediately. The cleaners returned the following day but only mopped the floor and wiped the sofas. The damp smell and damp bedding were not addressed, and the missing cushions were never replaced. When we complained again about the damp, we were told it was “because we are by the lake” — an excuse that doesn’t hold up, especially as no other rooms had this issue. At the very least, a humidifier or even a scented plug-in could have helped make the room more comfortable. Given the price we paid, the lack of cleanliness, ongoing damp issues, poor maintenance, safety hazards, and dismissive response were unacceptable. We left feeling extremely disappointed and would not recommend this accommodation.
