LOGIS - Auberge Du Colombier

Very convenient for eurotunnel. Have stayed often. Unfortunately this time we were late for the train so were too late for a meal, which is usually excellent.

Location close to Calais, 15 minutes to tunnel Lovely setting amongst countryside and trees. Snackbar/ bar area pleasant atmosphere with lots of happy clients Good secure parking Very quiet/ peaceful at night Room size good

Restaurant closed on Mondays (our stay day) Shower a little small

We scheduled this lodging for our pilgrim couple and have been advised that all in all it was a good stay

During the scheduling process we tried several times to send messages to the staff and never had any reply. At the end, even you we advised that our agency wanted to pay by either credit card or bank transfer, our pilgrim clients had to pay with their own credit card. Now we need to pay them back. Very disappointing.

Very comfortable and clean. Very friendly staff.

Aa always the evening meal in the restaurant was exceptional and really good value. Also only about a 20 minute drive from Calais so great location for catching the ferry the next day.

The pool was shut which was a disappointment as it is usually open this time of year.

I had a nice room with a good bed. In the adjoining restaurant I did eat a very good dinner. The breakfast was also good.

In the bathroom I prefer a shower instead of a tub.
