Everything except check-in process.

Check-in process was difficult for me because Koreans don't use key anymore and I never use lockbox in my life and I'm not used to UK address system. If I could've seen some pictures describing check-in process, it would have been much easier.

"We had a great time in Noor Garden. I can highly recommend this accommodation and personally I would come back."

It was great value for money. Pretty good private room with a bathroom. Big and comfortable bed. Nice kitchen facilities.

Toilet was not cleaned. The entrance to the house is in an underground garage, upon arrival we had problems finding it. If this information was provided then it was not highlighted enough.

Les lits sont confortables

Booking injoignable. La maison n’était pas là où nous voulions. Nous étions PAS DUTOUT DANS LE CENTRE. Le lien booking n’était pas le bon. Je ne passe pas mon temps à lire les 500 mails de booking donc un autre lieu a été indiqué. Outre ce problème, le logement est très sal. On entends tout à travers les murs. Seulement les lits sont bien. Séjours complètement gâché
