"Below expectations compared to my previous visit in 2022"

Breakfast was good for the small amount they charged

Service and cleanliness have come down compared to our previous visit in 2022. They provided only 1 water bottle per day(that was also not a sealed water bottle) for two people. Further during our last day on 20th morning there was some repair work in the adjoining room making a huge noise which they ignored when we complained to the manager. But in 2022 this same hotel provided a good service, maybe staff is demotivated or due to lack of training. Wifi was not working properly and they had disconnected our wifi 1 day prior to the check out date (check out on 20th but wifi didnt work from 19th evening)

"HAD A GREAT TIME"

ROOMS WERE CLEAN STAFF WAS VERY GOOD ALL EQUIPMENTS WERE FUNCTIONING WELL THE LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT THE BREAKFAST WAS APPRECIABLE THE ROOM SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL WHO ARE LOOKING FOR A GREAT PLACE AT REASONABLE CHARGES
