Hotel Supreme - Cuffe Parade

Location was walkable to Colaba market and some other tourist attractions.

Rooms were not clean, extremely dusty and rooms were very small. There is hardly any space for bags and to walk around. I booked the deluxe double room for 2, and the pictures were deceiving as rooms in pictures were a lot more spacious but in reality it was a tight squeeze. Bathroom was extremely dirty. Cleaning staff need to do a better job. Towels are dated, and no longer white. Time for a change to fresh white towels! On their website and other platforms (booking.com and Agoda) they advertise that slippers, hair dryer and toiletries are provided, but these are only available upon request.

Location, the cleanliness of the hotel, pleasant staff.

Room 403 no shower

I didn't enjoy my stay at this hotel. Nothing positive to say about from that it's at a good location.

I didn't enjoy my stay at this hotel. The first room I was shown had no window. Then I was given a room with a window but outside the window was full of pigeons and pigeon dirt and also noise from the pigeons. There was also constant noise from the lift which beeped repeatedly every time it was used so it was difficult to get any rest. The shower had such low pressure that mostly it didn't work at all. The breakfast was mediocre and also served in a windowless room.

Breakfast was ok, need more on the menu. Rooms was decent.

There was alot of dust and cobwebs under the beds especially the oldish room. The new renovated room was better.
