UAthe house is as described, we liked everything for a weekend in Belfast and it is safe to leave the car near the scrapyard on the street.
GBGBWe went to belfast for just one night. We had tickets to go to a gig. Very nice house. Big and spacious. Tastefully decorated. It had everything we needed. The host was very kind and helpful. Location wise, it is a bit far out of town. But there is a bus stop around the corner, and you can get to the centre in 15 minutes. When we got a taxi, we paid less than 10 pounds. We appreciated having some peace and quiet at night.
Be careful with the ceiling when you go upstairs into the attic room. My sister and I hit our heads twice, hahaha.

GBIt was bright and comfortable. It felt well cared for and welcoming. The bathroom was spacious and modern. I contacted Sonia before our stay about a few things. She responded quickly and was very helpful, supplying a couple of items not normally kept in the kitchen there.
I don't think Sonia could do anything about it being on the flight path, but maybe supplying complimentary ear plugs would be a good idea. We failed to work the television, but that was probably due to user error rather than anything else. The location was very convenient. We were able to get everywhere we wanted easily. Orrs bakery is across the main road. A must if you like potato farls, wheaten bread and soda bread. My friend also rated the sausage rolls!
