Bien ubicado, se puede recorrer el centro histórico caminado. La habitación está muy bien, tiene cocina equipada.

Las escaleras, recomiendo ir con poco equipaje.

Very central location in the old city of Volterra. Run by same gamily that runs a restaurant a few blocks away, with delicious food.

We liked the location in a quiet street near the centre. The meal and staff at Antica Taverna was very good. The property was very fine for sleeping and with the bathroom. The price was very reasonable.

We think that you need to change your approach to the kitchen. One possibility is to remove the kitchen completely and use that space to make a good sitting room. Then it is vey clear that you are selling bedroom & bathroom only. Another possibility is to add enough to the kitchen so that you can make a breakfast (especially cutlery and plates/bowls/cups) without putting a cooker in; and so add a little to the price too. At the moment, you are 'falling between two chairs'; the kitchen is there but you don't want guests to use it; this can only lead to dissatisfaction.

Very good place for stay in Volterra. It is close to the free parking Docciola (only problem from there are the steps, but not so bad). Anyway the apartment is very comfortable and cozy. It was very clean. The host Manuel was very kind and suggested us to get dinner at his restaurant where the food was delicious. Definitely reccom3nd the place for stay.
