Wallpaper peeling off everywhere. Dirty windows. Damp throughout the apartment. Cobwebs on outside doors. Rotting window frames. The worst thing is the lack of transparency from the hosts. The so called host provided a phone number with a message that no one will answer this number. An email was given in a recorded message with the statement from someone called Sarah that ‘one of my team will contact you’. I’m still waiting! This is appalling! They know the place is overpriced and scruffy so they do not want to engage with customers.

Great location, but to find this apartment could be quite tricky. Very comfy and equipped with all appliances for living. Very clean and chilly even in hot days

Bathroom requires inspection of drainage system because water flows to main corridor from the floor bottom

The property was done to a high standard, and really comfortable! nice fixtures and fittings and well equipped, ideal central location. Would stay again if certain issues were ironed out- lots of potential and Kieran seems a lovely bloke. -Clean property -Great location -Great style -High spec fixtures and fittings -Plenty of bedding and clean towels -Well equipped kitchen with plenty of tea and coffee, pots and pans.

-The entrance comes out immediately onto a busy road (on a hidden corner- quite dangerous for children) -The windows in this property don’t open and when we arrived the thermostat was faulty so we had to turn off the boiler during the hottest weekend of the year this was troublesome and we struggled sleeping. We couldn’t see a fire extinguisher anywhere either so this is a worry. - No fire extinguisher in property -There seems to be a damp issue in the property and majority of the wallpaper is peeling from the walls- it also smelt damp on arrival. -We had noisey neighbours in the property above and you could hear every movement late into the night children running around until well past midnight and early in the morning which made it hard for us to sleep. -The shower seems to leak into the entrance area when used making the floor slippy and the skirting board is lifting away in this problem area. -There was an ironing board with no iron? -Needs a bin in the bathroom -Bathroom lightbulb too dim you couldn’t really see a thing in the bathroom -Bedside light not working - No welcome pack so I had to contact the host a couple of times for WiFi etc. -Main entrance Door looks like it’s been broken into. - The outside communal terrace could do with improvement so people could make use of this.

The property was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The bed was really comfortable, and everything we needed was provided. The location was great and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing stay.

There was nothing major to dislike. Everything was as expected.

The size of the cottage

We arrived and were asked to pay additional damage deposit, once accessed property was freezing inside. The WiFi didnt work neither did the heating, after contacting nobody came to assist juat an email to say try resetting the boiler. Bedding was damp on bed, as were the towels provided. Wallpaper clutching to the walls due to damp and cold

The TV didn't work which while we didn't go to spend all our time watching TV, it would have been useful to put on the following morning for the kids. We contacted the team and they said someone would come round but no one did. There was also no hot water. Only enough to wash up but none of us could shower. It was really disappointing.

The location was good

Arrived on NYE, following a 3 hr drive to find the apartment not serviced and left in mess with used bedding still on from previous guests. Returned home on NYE, another 3 hr drive, restaurant booking deposits lost etc. The company only offered a refund. Given the occasion etc I think more could have been done as a gesture of goodwill. Don't think I will be booking accommodation with them in the future.

Comfy beds, sizeable, well equipped property with tasty decor. Looked beautiful and the balcony was a nice touch

Even with the shower set correctly thw hot water went off in a heart beat. Was like 30s in and out showers. Not great. Didn't have time to fiddle with and solve as only there for the night. Please email the what3words or share exact location of property outside of booking.com as the website removes those details. Found the front door to the property, just took a while longer than should of.
