Decor is lovely… Ideal stay for being in the heart of Leyburn.

When we arrived at the property, it was cold and had a damp smell. There were still shavings in the cupboards and draws (everything was new) but looked like it hadn’t been cleaned properly! The bathroom sink was dirty, no bulbs in the “dining area” not sure we would have eaten in there as it was freezing ( no heating in the conservatory/ dining area). It looked bare everywhere. Not everyone minds but a lamp in the living room would be a nice touch. We felt like we were on show with big light on, as no blinds nor curtains up in that area (living room). We needed our log in details for the favourite channels, understand for Netflix’s and Amazon prime but not everyone has log in for the other channels. It just didn’t have a cosy, warm feel to it!
