Stylish 2 Bed/Bath Apartment

Excellent location for Utilita Arena. Great apartment, spacious, nice apartment block. Chargeable parking onsite was excellent and landlord kindly allowed me to park for an extra couple of hours for free. Clear instructions to get to the apartment were provided 24 hours prior to our stay. From a few days before our booking communication via WhatsApp was quick and easy

At the time of booking landlord wasn’t great at responding to parking reservation request (advised to arrange by booking.com) but nearer the time was very quick to respond via WhatsApp. Sofa bed wasn’t really a sofa bed so we had to ask the landlord how to use it (but it actually proved to be very comfortable) and we had to move an awkward glass topped table to use it

Spacious, modern and good location.

The apartment is located in a secure residential area located a few minutes walk from the Utilita Arena and Brindley Place and its bars and restaurants. Everything you would need for a long or short stay is found in the apartment. We didn’t use the kitchen facilities but it was well equipped and there is a large comfy sofa to relax on and watch the TV. The bedrooms spacious with plenty of storage. The beds were super comfy, bathrooms with body wash goodies etc. White bath towels crisp and clean - hotel quality. The host reached out prior to my stay to confirm the approx time of my arrival and they stayed in contact on the day of my stay. A lovely 2 bedroomed apartment.

Close proximity to the arena

Light in bathroom not working (daddy light switch - rocker wouldn’t stay down). Remote control had no batteries and with the other remote the enter button was broken so you couldn’t select anything on the TV. Leak under the kitchen sink as water dripping out of cupboard. But most importantly the smoke alarm was broken so not working!! Contact the owner who didn’t care!!

Clean and as described- would use again

Having to call 45 mins before arrival to arrange for access details, which were 4x photos explaining how to get to the flat, which were not particularly clear. A simple email with written instructions would be a lot simpler, especially after. a long day travelling and working!

Great location for Utilia Arena and the city centre. Clean apartment with everything you might need for a short stay.

The communication woth host prior to checking in was challenging at times. Lack of response to several messages on Booking prior to the trip.

The property was in good walking distance to centre. Staff were accommodating to earlier check in and earlier parking and sent great instructions. Parking was an additional £20 per day.

The property apartment block had an awful smell. The property itself was poorly equipped for 4 people. Not enough cooking equipment/cutlery and we only made a simple breakfast. The drains in the main bathroom smelt really bad and had regurgitated dirt up from the plug into the bath. Towels were stained. No tea or coffee provided as would be expected in an apartment or hotel set up.
