Very nice apartment in a great location – right in Como’s old town, with everything just a few minutes’ walk away: the lake, ferry docks for trips to nearby villages, shops, restaurants andthe train station. Comfortable, clean, and well-equipped.

There were a few small details that needed better maintenance. Overall, we were happy and would gladly stay here again.

Location was perfect, a few steps away from bars, restaurants & wonderful shops. The building was beautiful both inside & out, the property was very modern, clean & comfortable inside. I would definitely look to rebook should we revisit Como. Host was very responsive & entry to the property was very simple.

Nothing we loved everything

Perfect location beside the cathedral. Comfortable, clean accommodation. Nice and quiet by night.

Keypad to get into building was a bit dodgy, but we were given a key after a few days. Wifi didn't work.

Best location to stay with young family..especially if you not having car with you

Very poor communication by check in staff, actually their concept of smart check in doesn’t work at all .. the check in information not delivered till we arrived at the property…we’ve actually waited more than half an hour outside the main door with another couple who have same issue.

Lot of noise coming from upper floor Checki -in @ 15:00 - check out @ 10:00 is not fair

The sofa bed is so noisy , when you make any move it make noise

Great Location, apartment is really nice and quiet

The floors doesn’t look like it was swept or mopped.. we saw hair strand and nail clipping on the floor… dining table was not wiped..it had coffee stain but after i wiped it with a wet cloth, stain disappeared.
