- Extremely beautiful unit. Very modern, clean, and spacious. - The beds were very big and comfortable - Bathroom was very nice and had a great shower. - Located in gorgeous building at a fantastic location; it was a block away from the hustle and bustle of Como, so we didn't hear anything outside our windows. That said...

UPDATE: Owner indicated in his reply below that he sent instructions to get in the unit, but I did not see it in my email inbox (it went to my SPAM folder). I was expecting them to come in my Booking.com messenger, as that was the only way we were conversing. - I feel it's important to note that in our unit, we could clearly hear the tenants above us walking or stomping loudly. The noise was particularly disruptive at night and early in the morning, making it difficult to sleep. While this may not bother everyone, it was a significant issue for us (we are used to not hearing our neighbors back home). This might not be the case for all units. - The couch on the main floor wasn't very comfortable, but that's not a big deal. - Additionally, accessing the unit was a bit confusing upon our arrival. Despite keeping management informed about our commute to Como and updating them on our proximity to the unit, we ended up waiting outside for 15 minutes without a response, making us feel a bit anxious. Fortunately, another (different) employee just happened to pass by, noticed our situation, and helped us get in by making a few calls and providing us with the access codes. After this initial hiccup, everything went smoothly.

The host went above and beyond. Suite was so nice and perfect. I loved it. The host Nic was amazing very helpful and welcoming. Ferries were nearby which was perfect to visit other villages

It's one of the best, in the heart of the city center, modern & new building. Excellent online checking. Perfect location ,just a few steps from the lake. There is no need for any transportation unless if you want a daily ship trip to Bellgio & Varena
