Beautiful Central 2 Bed Flat

I was very disappointed 😞 with one of your company call Truvi charged me £35 pounds for damage waiver why I still don't understand 😑 can u please make it clear.

To many stairs in to property.

The apartment is situated within a charming Georgian building and has been tastefully decorated. It has plenty of character and is in a good location. We appreciated that maintaining a historic property comes with challenges, and overall we enjoyed our stay. The accommodation has a lot of potential and, with a few improvements, could provide an even better guest experience.

In the lead-up to our stay, communication felt overly automated and lacked a personal touch. There was also a strong emphasis on strict check-in and check-out procedures, with a 10:00am Sunday departure feeling particularly restrictive. Our arrival was frustrating as the main entrance door would not open. The helpdesk was not especially helpful or reassuring, and we eventually gained access with assistance from a passer-by. We later discovered that leaning firmly against the door whilst turning the key usually solves the problem. Earlier reviews suggest this is an ongoing issue. The apartment would benefit from a more thorough clean, particularly around the single-glazed windows. The blinds also require attention: they are not blackout blinds, one Roman blind was not functioning correctly, and the bathroom would benefit from some form of privacy screening. The bedrooms could also be improved with practical additions such as bedside drawers and a dressing table or desk with a mirror and conveniently located power socket. Whilst none of these issues ruined our stay, they detracted from what could otherwise have been a very good experience.

Stairs to the bed rooms were narrow and a bit steep. Customers have to be careful especially carrying luggage up to bedroom.

This was a lovely place to spend a few days in Bath! Excellent location, everything was within walking distance. Very pretty flat. The main window in the living area was a big hit for my 2 year old to watch cars. Kitchen was well equipped

No parking. That’s really the only big thing that was a bit inconvenient. There was a long term parking garage nearby but it made unloading our things and 2 toddlers quite difficult. The stairs were very steep and narrow but that’s pretty typical pretty typical for these places. The 2nd floor had low ceiling which wasn’t a problem for us thankfully but if you’re tall, watch your head.

Lovely flat, very central. Perfect for our trip.

I would not recommend this place. The apartment was in poor condition and not clean. I had booked for two nights but decided to leave after the first.

locatie, redelijk centraal, je loopt makkelijk het centrum in, wel aan een drukke weg

de douche, putje liep niet door, waardoor we eigenlijk niet konden douchen zonder dat de hele badkamer blank stond. Verder is het vrij donker en moet je veel steile trappen op. Ook om bij de slaapkamers te komen.

We had issues with the property and in particular the shower which didn't work and when we contacted you no one came to fix this. We are writing this in a full complaint to you.

Nothing

Wasn’t advised of the flights of stairs. No hot water and bathroom flooded. After numerous attempts to contact we finally worked out the hot water their solution to the flooding was to deliver some drain cleaner and a mop. NOT HAPPY. Says parking was included NO. Parking was 15 minute walk and very expensive no free to air TV. No fresh towels after we had to use ours to mop up the flooding. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL
