Sport & Spa Hotel Vesileppis

We stayed here twice, before and after our trip to Lapland. The first stay was excellent. The room was beautiful, new, and spacious. The breakfast is wonderful and paying extra for the swimming pool and sauna is a wonderful bargain.

Unfortunately, we discovered there were two parts to Vesileppis--the new and beautiful part and the run-down part. When we returned from Lapland, we weren't planning to stay long, so we didn't ask for a room change (I believe the hotel was sold out anyway). I highly recommend the new part with the nice shiny elevator, and strongly discourage the old part with the old elevator and details such as a threadbare rug immediately upon entering the room. Next time, we will specifically ask for a room in the new part only.

Very child friendly. Toys and babys eating utensils available. Everything is nice and easy, everything is fine, just not spectacular.

太陽の入らない部屋にしてもらえた。一人で泊まったが、隠し2段ベッドがあるので4人は入れそう。 地下にある氷のムーミンワールドがたのしかった。お子様連れによい。零下だが、入り口に防寒着が置いてある。 いくつかの深さのプールは温度も違っており選ぶことができた。温かいジャグジーも水風呂もある。サウナもある。 朝食は片付けもセルフで行なった方が郷に入れば郷に従う、と言う感じ。忘れても差し支えないが。 食堂から階段で外へ出られ、泳げる湖に出る。周囲もとてもフィンランドらしい。非常口の案内などは、日本語でもある。 冷房はないが、扇風機がある。車かバス以外では行けないので、日本から来る場合、最寄りの空港はKuopio.　その後の移動の研究が必要。 ホテル内にもレストランはある。歩ける範囲にスーパーもあるのでそちらを利用した。町の小さい博物館を見るのもたのしい。大きな観光都市ではない。

Aamiainen hyvä. Muumi talvimaailma hyvä sekä keilaus.

Ilmastointia ei ollut. Aurinko paahtoi huoneeseen koko ilta liian kuuma ja saatavilla vain pöytätuuletin. Täysin riittämäton. Ruokalista olisi voinut olla monipuolisempi. Allasosasto muistutti enemmänkin uimahallia.
