"Great base in Quito"

Everything! We(2 couples in our 60s) used the hotel four times during our stay in Equador. In between trips to Galapagos, the highlands and Amazonian jungle. Every time it was fantastic.

Nothing really. Friday and Saturday nights a little bit lively in the street.

"Excellent value for money and wonderful , helpful staff. A charming hotel."

The staff were wonderful. It was very clean and felt safe as there were political demonstrations in the area when we were there. There was free tea and cakes at tea time. The food was good .

It was a bit dark and gloomy downstairs. They needed better lighting in the lounge area for reading.
