La Casona de la Ronda Hotel Boutique

It's one of the nicest overall hotels exsprences I've ever had.. I came out of Hotel the night before that was horrific and then came to this and felt like I was in Paradise I was so well taken care by the staff amazingly they went above and beyond to fill all my needs... the hotel itself is an amazing mix of history and character combined with new and modern amenities.. location was amazing, close to everything in historic old Quito.. truly everything I was hoping for in a colonial style Hotel.. Quito is a bit of a noisy city. They have gone so far above and beyond to make sure that It was quiet, The double windows were soundproof with Wooden shutters on the window to block out the lights.. Furniture was new, but had a historic feel. The breakfasts in the morning were so beyond amazing fresh fruit omelets, eggs to order.. I had dinner at the hotel, it was superb slso . The bed was extremely large and very comfortable. My view of the city was so good a lot of days. I just wanted to lay in bed and look out the window at The View... they helped arrange so many different things to make my trip enjoyable. Nothing seemed out of Reach they were so accommodating.. it's locsted in a great area felt very safe at night not to mention they have their own private security guard outside the hotel that is outside to constantly help the hotel clients whether it be holding an umbrella opening a door or suggesting a restaurant and walking me to it.. I honestly don't think I've ever given this positive of a review or have had this good of an experience ...this is now my hotel when I come to Quito.. the only thing I can think of is because it's a boutique hotel, they really give you that personal experience. You do not feel like a number like a big corporate hotel. You feel like a valued guest and important .. Well done!!

Honestly there's nothing that wasn't five star the only thing if I had to pick something I wish they had a little bit better choices of pillows they were all large and a little too firm I like a softer pillow a lot of hotels now offer both... and that's if I had to pick something

Loved La Casona. Amazing staff, facilities and excellent restaurant

The hotel staff was incredibly accommodating -- they even found me a doctor who made a house call! The apartment was comfortable and on the edge of the Old Town.

We had thought their was AC in the apartment, but there was not. However, the staff brought a fan for the warmer bedroom.

Hotel aesthetic and staff were exceptional

Good strong warm showers. Large bedrooms, attentive staff and good location

Was surprised at the price of the laundry and the price of the breakfast was not reflected in the overall selection and quality

Everything was very very good. Location, the place and staff. Really really we enjoyed the place there.
