Nice apartment in a good location for Brighton

Check in is via a telephone line which wasn’t answered and a WhatsApp channel that gave no reply. We tried to get through for 20 minutes, waiting in the cold outside the apartment. The telephone was only answered on the 6th try. Not a good experience.

Great apartment in a new, modern building. Easy access to the city center with transport, a lovely park and hyper markets within walking distance (7-8 min). Lovely, spacious apartment, designed with taste. Everything was clean, equipped with all amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. I would recommend it and visit again if i have the chance.

The check-in process was not smooth. You need to call a number and follow instructions, while the connection broke many times, interrupted the process, every time I called I spoke to a different person and it took us overall 40 min. to get inside our appartment and 12 calls.

Clean and tidy.

Everything, location and value for money, this is in a community that is very well respected, the residents are so kind and lovely as well as the staff, someone is always available to help, if there is a small or large issue it is dealt with quickly and professionally. The building and communal areas are very well maintained and clean. Everything in the apartment are of high quality, all very easy to figure out and use. I knew there was a gym there too, unfortunately I didn’t ask about using it. It’s a whole community in this area, a community I would love to live in.
