Clean, good size, location

Check in process is too complex. You have to phone them to get building access, I called them 4 times before they answered (went to voicemail box which was full). Meanwhile we were standing outside in the cold.

Clean - modern - functional

-Remote reception (India) can be a little confusing. Good thing I could make calls from abroad, if not you’re stuck. -A lot of « gadgets » like a water leak prevention to deactivate to get running water -Sofa was broken which almost caused an accident -The « easyJet » type of checkin encouraging us to always spend more is a little irritating - on the train tracks

Check in would be nice earlier without a fee attached. Paying for parking. Parking could be closer to the apartment.
