Great apartment, we needed somewhere to stay for a few nights whilst in the UK to work and relax. Was a great apartment, and perfect for what we wanted.

Trying to arrange extra nights stay was a little frustrating as the links provided didn't work, but was resolved in the end.

The location was excellent, only 15 mins walk from the seafront and 10-15 mins walk to Waitrose. The standard of the accommodation was also excellent. It looks to be a new complex and everything in the apartment was of a high specification, very comfortable, quiet and was very clean. It was easy to contact Charles Hope guest services during my stay as needed with very polite and helpful staff managing the phone calls. This worked well with my two small dogs due to there being areas on the complex you could take them for a quick walk and lots of walking in Hove which is very dog friendly.

I was unable to book parking due to no availability when booking. I was concerned about this due to the potential difficulty of bringing bags into the property with my dogs. I wouldn't have left the dogs in an unfamiliar place. However, there are 7 visitor spaces next to the apartment block and I was lucky to get a place on the 1st day (pay via an app). This wasn't a problem but there was the risk of not getting a space if you moved the car as they were generally always in use. One day I did need to park in a nearby car park which was a 10-15 minute walk. It wasn't an issue as the weather was good but I'd have been happier to have guaranteed on site parking.

No building signs, no parking signs, my reserved and paid for parking bay had a tesla in it! Carparking was long distance from my building entry point, no reception, on the phone to London number to try and gain access

Lovely and clean, we needed to be in Hove so location was perfect, well equipped

The pillows were terrible!!! Rock hard and too high, impossible for a child to sleep on and I woke up with a sore neck.
