Modern standard. Location is off from central Hove but depending on your need convenient

There is no human contact. You find your way based on written or oral instruction. It works but it is not what I prefer.

Clean and new.

Close to train line so quite noisy in the morning. A bit clinical - needs some plants and pictures to soften the feel of the place. Also, as a solo traveller - really didn’t like the fact that I couldn’t lock the door from the inside - especially as staff can unlock any door in the building remotely!

Lots to like about this accommodation. Plenty of space for two friends - two extra large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms which were excellent. A convenient place to stay and use as a base to explore other places. We ate extremely well in Hove and Eastbourne.

Trip was slightly marred by the number of times it was necessary to call Charles Hope. Lots of things were not obvious. Parking was tricky and then someone unhelpfully took our parking bay - and we were given another one which was also taken, requiring further calls. CH internal systems seem a bit lacking. No instructions for anything in apartment. (Oven did not come on which we tracked down to it being switched off at the fuse box.). Oven gloves would have been helpful. Having said all this I would definitely recommend - very nice accommodation.

Clean, well appointed and comfortable, far better quality than most holiday places.

Bit empty at times, but not really an issue.

At arrival, we called the host, who remotely opened both the main entrance and the unit door. The property was newly built, clean, and pleasant. The kitchen was equipped with all the basic essentials. In terms of price, it offered great value for money.

There wasn’t anything I strongly disliked. One of the bedroom heaters didn’t work that night, but the living room heater was powerful enough to warm the entire space comfortably. Also, the car park needs to be reserved in advance and isn’t free, although the host kindly waived the charge for us.

A really nicely equipped apartment. Lovely rooms and bathroom. Nice to have a coffee maker even if it did take me a while to work out how to use it 😄. The kitchen is well equipped. I would recommend to others.

Checking in was a bit of a faff. I was travelling with someone who had a disability so needed to drop them off close to the door but my reserved parking space was not very close which made it all a bit difficult. Only provided with one door fob which isn't enough for three people - it restricted our freedom somewhat. The beds were really comfortable but the pillows were absolutely solid.

Great, new & clean apartment apart from continuous beeping every 4 seconds day & night coming from boiler cupboard. Clean & everything you need but not worth the stressful check in to stay here unfortunately.

Absolutely horrendous & stressful check in which is actioned remotely. Staff are not on site so it was hard to get an immediate response regarding check in, parking & actually getting into the building. Wrong amount link sent for parking & wanted to charge £45. Trying to speak to anyone who knew what they were doing at the call centre was difficult. I still haven't been refunded the deposit almost a week on & was incorrectly informed that this is a pending payment that will disappear but this was actually taken from my account.
