Parcheggio non incluso e disponibile a 15 pound al giorno. Francamente troppo, visto il costo dell'appartamento. Posizione lontana dal mare, occorre comunque prendere un mezzo per raggiungerlo. Check in complicato, troppe E-Mail prima del giorno di arrivo. Hanno richiesto le foto dei documenti e una cauzione, la quale ci è poi stata restituita due giorni dopo. Operatori disponibili, ma un contatto di persona all'arrivo sarebbe stato meglio. Invece occorre telefonare per farsi aprire le porte.

It took 7 days of communication to arrange one nights parking, once we were able to check in 45 minutes after requesting we found that the dirty bed sheets hadn’t been changed and the dirty towels from the previous user were still thrown in the bathroom, it then took 90 minutes for someone to come and change the linen. Finally after all that there was no hot water to shower after 7 hours on the road. Our request for a partial refund has been ignored !!

Quiet, modern apartments in the middle of a busy city. Well equipped and comfortable. Parking is difficult in the nearby streets so well worth paying for a parking space.

The accommodation is modern, clean and well maintained and is really well situated in Hove, and only 10/15 minutes walk to the beach front. Though I didn't spend much time at the apartment the facilities were great. Shower pressure was good and temperature was good. I made use of the washer dryer and kitchen - all modern and in good shape. There are some great restaurants and bars near by! The apartment was very quiet - I didn't hear any noise from neighbours on my visit. One down side was the noise from the car park at random hours of the day, people coming and going at early hours in the morning. The bed was comfortable but I had to keep the curtains pulled to keep the room cool. The complex does have some fans but I couldn't get the air con to work. The gym and yoga room are great!

You need to phone a call centre to gain access to the building and then the room. The site is camera controlled so you can’t park in the wrong bay or will be fined. But you aren’t told of your bay beforehand. Compared to other hotels you may stay in,this was unnecessarily stressful.

A human being on site would have been better than a remote call centre - ended up,speaking to three different operators.
