"This is a real mixed bag"

Apartment was overall pretty good. Clean and tidy.

Pre booking in procedure was an unnecessary faff Apartment block was difficult to find. Aircon was really bad Toilet rolls not replaced despite asking

"Lovely apartment with amazing facilities such as gym and yoga studio"

Modern, clean and comfortable

Lack of hangers in the cupboard, only 1 toilet roll provided, one of the cushions had a smelly cover , no bin bags provided , couldn’t find drop off point for uber so we got dropped off with a long walk with lots of luggage , hard to locate the correct building

"Apartment nice but better customer service required."

Good size, clean apartment got 4 people. Gym was great.

Had a constant beeping from the boiler which was annoying, reported on messenger but no response. Didn't realise the parking was £15. No nets or blinds on the windows anyone could see directly in with curtains open. Didn't like having to communicate on the phone to get through every door at check in. Check in said room number but no block number. There were 4 blocks.

"It did the job.but what a hassle"

Clean. Smart. Minimal. Good. Quality.

Car parking is extra and some walk from the block. Didn’t like that front door could be opened remotely by the invisible staff who we only spoke to on a phone. Ridiculous check in. Repeating all my info that booking.com already have and having to send passport/photo ID. To stay in a UK apartment. Thats nuts. A lot of Hassle. Won’t book again.

"Did the Job"

Very clean and well appointed and very clean. The staff was very helpful to this digital dinosaur!
