Superb location with many attractions in short walking distance. Very comfortable furniture and beds. Roof terrace was a lovely addition for relaxing when the sun was out.

There was not enough storage in the bedrooms for clothes etc.

The apartment's location was very central. We could walk everywhere. It had a spacious living and kitchen area. All kitchen utensils were complete. The beds were comfortable. Jessica & Team Nest Collection were very helpful.

The window in the large bathroom wouldn't close, and there was no radiator in the bathroom. However, there was an electric heater for warmth, which was sufficient. The shower drain didn't properly discharge water, causing it to accumulate in the shower tray and overflow. There was no elevator, so we had a hard time carrying our suitcases up to the 4th floor.

It was really easy to get to the apartment from metro station. There was a market nearby. It was also close to touristic places. The apartment was really clean, and had cozy decoration.

One of the bathrooms had a drain problem. Water was coming out as you try to have a shower. Since we were two families, this problem was really a bad experience. Kettle should be renewed.

The location was great - within walking distance to many sites, cafes, and bars.

There was no mention of the apartment not having an elevator. We had to walk up and down 9 flights of stairs with our luggage and every time other time we left the apartment. The bedrooms were not private. You have to got through each other's bedrooms to enter the bathroom, kitchen, and main living room (except for the bedroom upstairs - but there isn't a bathroom upstairs). There was also no toilet paper upon our arrival which was a major inconvenience. I called the main helpline and was told I would have to go out and buy some and then submit my receipt - this is not what I wanted to hear after a 9 hour red eye flight. I then called Booking.com to speak to a rep who was very nice and said he would submit a formal complaint and get back to me, but I never heard from him again. There was a balcony as well, but it had moldy outdoor furniture and pillows scattered about and cigarette butts galore! There were exposed holes int he bedroom walls and lights were dangling from the walls. This is not what I would call a "Luxury Apartment" and would not recommend it to anyone.

This is a great apartment. Super comfy, spacious and very central - in the heart of the main shopping district. The roof terrace is also fab.

The property is in the heart of Copenhagen very near to everything and very spacious.

There’s no elevator but the rest is perfect

Great apartment and excellent location, near metro and new port. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well prepared for use.

We have to grab our big luggages to climb 5floors.

The apartment was beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. The location was fantastic and the roof garden was an added bonus.

One small thing was that it would have been nice to have had the use of a microwave, but we survived! 😀
