Location is amazing. Balcony is nice. Decent stay over all

Shower did not drain the water so it made pools outside of it, a tile was loose in the other shower + the faucet on the bathroom sink was not attached at all. there was a light switch hanging out of the wall with exposed wires. Not as luxury as they make it.

Great location and lovely apartment. Great living space for groups. Very clean. Very comfy beds. Nice and warm. The rooftop was lovely! We'll definitely be back.

One or two things need attention - showers drain slowly, and one plug socket was hanging out of the wall with exposed wires (large bedroom on main floor). Nothing that can't be fixed.

Location was good.

We pre-paid for the accommodation and received the access codes. The night before we left a debt collector was sent to our accommodation requesting payment for a second time. He entered the room and connected to our wifi which is not appropriate given we were traveling with children. He got us worried after connecting to the flat's private wifi. He then was reluctant to leave even with proof of payment. We put up a review and were offered a refund to remove the review. The refund was never sent through and I have wasted too much time dealing with the management of the property. Would not recommend staying.

This apartment is stunning!! Rooms are excellent size and beds were soooo comfy. Location is excellent, walking distance to many restaurants and shops and stations. Would highly recommend for groups! Balcony would be really great in summer too!

No bedroom storage, not a huge issue as room to lay down suitcases. Not suitable for those with mobility issues as 4 floor and no lift. Not much light gets into the apartment so feels a bit dark during the day.

Everything about this apartment was perfect! The rooms were all very comfortable and clean and it’s in a great central location! It was perfect for our weekend trip to Copenhagen and we would love to be back again! The staff were constantly in contact before, during and after to make sure that everything was perfect and offer any help. 5 star service!

Absolutely nothing!

Location

The flat was freezing cold, there was not enough hot water, the furniture was old and heavily used and the apartment block was extremely noisy. By no means this flat is LUXURY and there is no way more than 4 people can stay!!! We communicate with the management of the flat several times via mail and phone in oder to fix the heating but they never showed up. We were also promised a refund but they never sent the money to us.
