La doccia

Prezzo molto alto per ciò che offre l’appartamento. Molto umido e l’unico condizionatore é posizionato nella parte alte del tetto che è sproporzionatamente alto per un monolocale. Appartamento fatto senza cura ai dettagli. Piano terra e si sentono continuamente voci. Abbiamo chiesto al proprietario una caffettiera come era scritto nella descrizione e non ci ha nemmeno risposto.

Poziția apartamentului este foarte bună, aproape de centrul orașului, cu stația de autobuz în apropiere, comunicare foarte bună cu proprietarul

Nu am neplăceri mari, un mic inconvenient este că ieșirea se face direct pe trotuar dar nu este un mare dezavantaj pentru mine

Limpeza. Espaço agradável.

Wifi não funcionava. Ar condicionado não fazia efeito devido à altura a que estava colocado. Não há estacionamento disponível nas redondezas.

Que no tuvimos q contactar con el anfitrión pues todo estuvo en perfecto estado de funcionamiento

Falta un lugar con perchas para colgar la ropa./armario. Y el aparcamiento en la zona es algo complicado, pero se puede apacar.

La cercanía de los autobuses para ir al centro histórico de la ciudad en poco tiempo, la comodidad de las camas, el apartamento tiene todo lo necesario . Además se puede aparcar en la zona sin problemas, optamos por no mover el coche y hacer uso del transporte público.

The contact with property manager was great. The grocery shop and the caffe bar are just next to the corner. The area is safe and not so far from the city center. The apartment is comfortable, and good equipped.

Air conditioning set 4 m above the ground floor was heating only upper floor therefor in the apartment was pretty cold whole the time. When you exit the apartment you are straight on the street- there is no hallway or similar which would devide the apartment from the exit area. It causes feel of unsafety.

Good location, close to the city center by foot, food supermarkets are at hand. Good communication with the managers by tel and Whatsapp. The kitchen has all necessary utencils. A strong point of these apartments is that you can leave your luggage here free beginning from 11:30 a.m. which is very convenient if your arrival is early.

Would be more convenient to have towel hooks in the shower room
